We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing an issue with the hot water and steam supply in the building. Our superintendent is aware of the situation and is working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Impact:
Hot water and steam may be unavailable in some or all areas of the building.
We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption.
Next Steps:
Our super is actively investigating the cause of the problem and is in contact with the heating company.
Due to a high volume of issues, they have been slow to respond.
We will assess after the issue is resolved to see if steps need to be taken so this delay does not happen in the future.
UPDATE: Mechanics are here and are working on the issue. Hot water should resume momentarily.
