Hello neighbors,
I've created this website with the purpose of serving as a central hub for all things related to our building. Many of us have voiced concerns with the lack of communication or information regarding important updates that affect our daily lives. I hope that the resources available on this website address these issues.
I would like to briefly explain what this website offers. Newsletter, Forms, and Forum are private sections intended for residents.
Our Newsletter is meant to be a source of information regarding critical updates and relevant information. For example, if the elevator is not working, we will try our best to post an update here as soon as possible. All residents should subscribe to our newsletter. You will be notified via email as soon as there is a new post.
Our Forms section provides access to documents pertinent to the building.
Our Forum section is intended to be a space where we can discuss various topics. Please read the Forum Rules and keep in mind that this is not a space to air grievances or disparage any parties. As decided by the board, posts will first be screened by a moderator to ensure that they comply with our guidelines. There will be two sections available; a General Discussion, meant for all residents, and a Shareholders section. I would like shareholders to have a voice in matters regarding our building. I believe it is better to share our thoughts freely here, rather than in a condensed meeting annually.
All board members and managing agents will have moderation authority and access to this website's inner workings. I will primarily manage the website as long as I remain on the board.
We look forward to your active participation and hope this website becomes a valuable resource for everyone in our community.
